Thanks for the app. We'll review it and get back to you shortly. First question from me:

Where has Chipotle been for like months? I do understand he isn't in Gods; however, attendance is a big requirement for raiding and his wasn't even close to acceptable. Will you have better raid attendance than him? Read: we expect 90% or greater attendance.

I'm sorry, I usually ask these sort of questions in my pre-app mini-interview, but I was being swarmed by four different people at the time, so I didn't get a chance to actually armory you.

My biggest question to you is what resources do you use to learn to play, gear and spec your character properly? As far as I can tell, you're trying to figure it out all on your own-- your enchanting and gemming is all over the place (for example, you used a 20crit gem in a yellow slot in one piece and a 12sp/10haste in another yellow slot), and most of your glyphs are not the recommended ones for pve.

While I'd love to just trust that you know exactly what you're planning on doing once you have the money, certain things like saying that your stat choices are "druidy stuff" and enchanting spirit all over the place have me a little concerned that you haven't done any research. Could you very briefly describe what you plan to do regarding your enchants/gems?
(For example, for a Marks Hunter with less than ~850 ArmPen, I'd enchant the best agility enchant into each slot, and failing that the best attack power enchant. For gems, I'd use 21agi/+3% crit damage meta, 20agi in every red and blue slot, a 10agi/10crit in every yellow, and put a 10stats in the blue slot that gives me the best bonus).

:D spirit and spellpower are what I've gone with my whole druid career. Epic gems and the best enchants of course. I can't really name it like +31 sp to blah blah because I'm not a super nerd but ... yah thats basically it

Well, that's why I asked. Turns out, spirit is not a very good stat for druids. It's not a bad stat, but for both moonkin and resto, SP and haste are by a wide margin the best stats (until you get to the hard cap for resto). For moonkin, you ideally want gear that's SP/haste/crit or SP/haste/hit, and for resto you want SP/haste/spirit partly for the regen, partly for the minor increase in SP, but mostly because there's no better options.

It only takes 15-30 minutes to go to a site like elitistjerks and learn how to play and gear your class and spec correctly. Somebody who hasn't done this is not going to perform even close to as well as somebody else we can bring in who has done it.

I also have a hard time believing you've spent any serious time playing your druid if you don't know what the epic spell power gem is. It's not "super nerdy" that I know the names of all the roads on my way to work because I haven't sat down on google maps and memorized them, I've just been on the roads so much it's impossible for me not to know their names.

I think it's safe to say we scared this one away with super-nerdiness.
